A Story of Hope

This study really helped me understand that my view of God was not accurate. I was a Christian, but I lived with constant guilt, doubts, worries, and fear. As I learn to view myself through God’s Word, I am more confident that I am deeply loved and completely forgiven.

I also recognized that I had many idols, and pride was a problem in my life. Through confession and repentance, there is now a peace and freedom in Christ.

I used to think change was not possible. Now I am realizing that I believed that because I was trying to do it on my own. God is with me and I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I can even approach the Throne of Grace with confidence so that I can receive mercy and grace in my time of need. God has given me everything I need for life and godliness. Moving forward, I am excited about getting to know God better and growing as an oak of righteousness.
