This study and my counselor held me together during some very turbulent times. I needed something that would keep my heart steady during a 39-year marriage breakup with a level of complication that would destabilize most of us. My counselor seemed hand-picked for me, and the study would apply to anyone going through a soul-searching remodeling of their hearts. It reminded me of the foundational truths of scripture and is an excellent tool for disciplining a new or older believer in the Lord.
