healed and restored

There is so much I could say about this study, The Good Fight, and how God used this study to heal and restore me. But briefly, I will say that I was introduced to this study by my bride who completed The Hem of His Garment study last year. Seeing the healing and restoring that God performed in her after completing the study, made me want to do The Good Fight study.

I knew I needed healing and restoring, but little did I know how much healing I needed before starting the study. God truly revealed to me what I needed to be healed and restored from, and how much I desperately needed to be freed from my sinfulness. God used this study to perform deep heart surgery in me and I can honestly say that my desires, thoughts, and feelings are not what they were 10 weeks ago when I started the study. As cliche as it sounds, I am not the same man I was 10 weeks ago.

Every man needs to go through this study! I learned that you can know something with your head, but not know it with your heart. And I’m afraid there’s too much of that in the hearts of men in the church. Imagine if every man went though this study! Men, families, churches, and communities could be restored!
