God is doing some amazing things in the Healing Hearts Youth Division! Just a few weeks ago, our last pilot group wrapped up their final meeting. We are receiving video testimonies of the young women, their leaders, and even a few moms and they are incredible! We hope to show them to everyone soon through our First Love promotional video.
Healing Hearts was invited by two different organizations to have a ministry booth presenting the First Love Bible study at their recent June conferences. One was a homeschool conference in Colorado and another was a youth conference in California. This was such a blessing and opportunity for the ministry as we were able to offer pre-orders for the First Love Bible Study and Leader's Guide.
Speaking of pre-orders, we would also like to share with you the opportunity to place your pre-orders online at www.healinghearts.org! We have a tentative shipping date of September 15th for this year.
We would like to take this time to sincerely thank you for all of the prayers and financial support so many of you have given Healing Hearts Ministries to make the vision of a discipleship study for young women a reality! Currently, we are in the process of trying to write and publish a Bible study for young men to make available by this time next year.
Lastly, the Lord continues to give us incredible occasions to minister to the next generation, many of whom are just as broken-hearted as the adults in their lives. Recently, we met with a mission organization which disciples 6th through 9th graders who have been rescued off the streets out of child prostitution. Please continue to pray for our ministry and those who seek to use our materials to reach people with the hope and healing available in Jesus Christ.
Prayer requests we would like to share with you:
- For the finalization of First Love in preparing to print and distribute
- For the youth guys' Bible study to be written and ready by next year
- For all the students, parents, and youth leaders who will use our materials this year
- For financial giving to supply the needs for the main arm of the ministry, as well as needed promotional materials for the launch of First Love
