You may not know this, but Healing Hearts intentionally charges only a minimal enrollment fee for our Bible studies, and we frequently cover those fees completely with scholarships. We never collect anything to cover the countless counseling hours that our certified counselors volunteer, nor do we attempt to recover any fees for our staff who keeps everything organized and running. By pure business standards, it would be normal to charge our participants upwards of $500 for the expertise and care that is administered over the eleven weeks of counseling. After all, the results are priceless. But that’s not how we’re built. For us, this is a labor of love… and with your continued support, we want to keep it that way.
We believe that Gospel healing is more powerful when it is received as a gift given by the collective generosity of the body of Christ. Our donors give because they believe in the critical gospel-centered, grace-driven mission we have been called to—binding up the brokenhearted by the power of God’s Word—and they desire that this healing be available to all. That’s why for the last 35 years, Healing Hearts has operated our ministry on almost 100% donations, allowing us to freely “give it all away” as a love gift to anyone who comes seeking hope and healing. The opportunity for profound life-change that each of the over 19,000 participants have experienced over our ministry’s lifetime has been the direct result of generous contributions from supporters like you. Yes, over 19,000!!!
And this is why we can never tell you THANK YOU enough!
With your faithful prayers and support, look at what we’ve accomplished over the past year:

183 Certified Counselors and 21 Trainees faithfully led
307 group clients and 138 online clients through our Bible studies,
covering 30 U.S. States, 10 countries, and 105 affiliated churches.
Additionally, over 448 youth studies were distributed during that time. |  |
We also want to ask you to prayerfully consider how you can help us finish 2023 strong and how you might be a critical part of 2024 and beyond.
While we have seen God provide for us at every turn (He is so faithful!), we have also seen a trend of donations shrinking as some regular givers (churches and individuals alike) have had to make difficult decisions to step back from their monthly donation commitments. This has created a need for us, and an opportunity for you, to raise up new support to cover these gaps.
So, here at the year-end of 2023, we humbly appeal to you as friends and supporters.
Could this be the year you make a monthly commitment? A commitment of $25, $100, or more will make a tremendous difference as we begin budgeting for the upcoming 2024/25 year.
- Spread the word and donate on #GivingTuesday, November 28th. Simply go to facebook.com/healingheartsministriesinternational to donate through our special post.…and don’t forget to re-post! It’s an easy way to introduce this ministry to your friends.
- Become a regular monthly donor (new monthly donors have the option to receive a complimentary copy of our “Heart Reflections” devotional. More info below.)
- Increase your existing monthly donation (from $25/mo to $50/mo, etc)
- Ask your employer if they have an employer-matched giving program
- Donate stock or cryptocurrency (it’s easier than you might think!)
- Designate us as your charity with Walmart.com
- Introduce us to a friend who would be interested in supporting something you are passionate about
We never want to be in the position to say “no” to a viable ministry opportunity or to be left unable to meet a need in a timely fashion because we are understaffed or underfunded. Your financial gifts can make a significant difference and directly impact how many people we can reach with hope and healing.
