Double Occupancy rooms are available to registrants who opt to share their room with a Roommate. During Registration, you can invite a Roommate (using the "My roommate will be..." option) or request for us to find one for you. Choosing to invite a Roommate will send them an invitation to join you for the same Nights you select for your registration. They will be able to either "Accept" or "Decline" your invitation. If they "Accept" your invitation, they will be automatically matched to your chosen dates (at a minimum.) Additional Nights can be added to their registration, but will be charged at the full Single Occupancy rate (sharing this extra expense will have to be worked out on your own).
TIP: Not registering for same Nights as Roommate? Whichever roommate is staying for the least amount of Nights should register first. This way they will not be required to pay for Nights they will not use. The Roommate with the most Nights should register last so they will pay the full Single Occupancy rate for the extra Nights their longer stay requires.
